Mark the active work zones

On a simple plan, identify the workstations, loading positions and temporary production areas that need airflow. Record when people use each zone so placement decisions reflect daily operations.

Note machinery, partitions, doors and other obstructions. Leave safe routes around the wheeled unit and discuss how outlet direction can serve the occupied area without interfering with material movement.

Review water, power and service access
